• Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted forms of payment include major credit cards.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled ride may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the booking amount.

4. Passenger Conduct

All passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles. Ride N Class reserves the right to terminate a trip without a refund if any passenger engages in dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

5. Liability

• Damages: Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle during their trip. Any repair or cleaning costs incurred due to passenger conduct will be charged to the customer.

• Delays: Ride N Class is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or road closures. We will make every effort to notify passengers of any delays and work to minimize their impact.

• Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items left in our vehicles. Please ensure that you collect all personal belongings before exiting the vehicle.

Ride N Class, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our liability, in any case, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific ride that is the subject of the claim.
